Dr. David Nelson is a nationally recognized expert in nutrition and wellness with over 30 years of experience helping individuals achieve lasting health through personalized, science-based programs. A Traditional Naturopath and certified Bioscan Technician, he utilizes FDA-approved technology to identify hidden stressors—such as toxins, heavy metals, and chemical imbalances—offering a root-cause approach to healing and prevention.

A former collegiate athlete in track and field and swimming, Dr. Nelson earned his B.S. in Science before completing a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences. He pursued advanced training in naturopathy, herbology, homeopathy, and Chiropathy at St. Marks Seminary and College in Virginia.

Dr. Nelson has hosted health radio programs, presented at top medical centers, and currently practices at Pure Health in Encinitas, California, specializing in toxicology, anti-aging, allergy treatment and performance optimization. He is certified in NAET, Thought Field Therapy (TFT), and Bioscan technology.

Based in Southern California with his wife and son, Dr. Nelson remains passionate about athletics, coaching track and field and football, and is actively involved in faith-based community outreach.

Diane Tinderholt Szuch, MA (MFT)

Diane’s teaching and speaking began as a Childbirth Educator and Parenting Instructor in many parts of San Diego County. When her children grew up, she was back to school and earned a BS in Human Development and an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy. As an Assistant Professor of Psychology and Human Development at San Diego Christian College, Diane impacted a generation of young people for the cause of Christ.

Diane has authored and taught Bible studies focusing the healing the broken-hearted due to traumatic life events, what forgiveness really looks like and understanding God’s design of His people. As a life-long learner (especially the brain that God created!), Diane continues to avail herself of further education. She is a certified Wellness, Health and Life Coach with a unique blend of physiological, psychological and Christ centered counseling. We are truly created to heal by our Creator!

Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis In 1999, Diane first prayed (most important). Then, as a faithful listener to Health Talk a Second Opinion on KPRZ, she became a patient at the Comprehensive Medical Center. Her healing journey began with Dr. Nelson, Dr. Bill Kellas, Dr. Mark LaBeau and all the other practitioners. Diane is well with no symptoms and no medication being used in this process and grateful for the knowledge, strength and wisdom of all the practitioners as they determine the root cause of health issues and believed that God created us to heal. She also co-hosted the radio show on KPRZ after she began working with the center.
